How We Begin

Before we start our ongoing work together, I meet with each partner individually for one session. These conversations help me understand each person's perspective and ensure that our joint sessions are grounded in fairness, clarity, and shared goals. After these initial meetings, all sessions take place together, supporting transparency and collaboration.
